The hotel was conveniently located near the train station and within walking distance of the North metro line. The cleanliness was impressive, and the breakfast options were good. The staff was excellent and accommodating.

We stayed at this hotel and enjoyed its convenient location. It was within walking distance of the North metro line and the Metro-North train station, making it easy for us to explore the area. The hotel was also near all the attractions of the city, including the White Plains train station. Our room was comfortable, complete with a separate bedroom and a TV. The breakfast offered a large selection of items, catering to everyone's taste.

The hallway occasionally had a cooking smell, but it didn't affect our overall experience.

It was a comfortable experience overall. Everything was excellent, personnel was exceptionally pleasant! The rooms of the hotel were huge and updated with a beautiful view as well as a king size bed.

I recently stayed at Residence Inn in White Plains for a leisure trip. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the apartments were spacious with TVs in every room. I particularly appreciated the brand new laundry room and the ability to open the window in the bedroom for fresh air. The attached Chinese restaurant served delicious dinner until 9: PM, and there were plenty of lively restaurants nearby. a great hotel for families with an excellent location.

The furnishings and cabinetry in the living/kitchen area were a bit worn.
